But what does this mean for us at CRX Markets? How do we implement the requirements?
E = Environment
CRX Markets’ offices are located in a modern, sustainably designed building. To meet our electricity needs, we purchase electricity from predominantly renewable sources.
CRX Markets is a paperless office with an absolute minimum of paper-based processes. We make use of digitized documents and use digital signatures when concluding contracts.
We separate unavoidable waste, use reusable tableware for takeaway food and source sustainable products such as cleaning agents or coffee beans for our daily office routine. We do not use paper towels and use low-emission electronic hand dryers.
S = Social
Social responsibility is a top priority at CRX Markets. We protect the health of our employees and encourage a healthy lifestyle thanks to free scheduling of working hours, attractive working conditions in modern, spacious premises, vitamin baskets or joint sports activities.
We enable our employees to continue their education and participate in training courses. Within the framework of Lightning Talks, we pass on knowledge internally and look beyond our own horizons. The regular Onboarding Week eases the start of our newcomers at CRX Markets and provides insights into our organization and the market.

It is very important for us to understand who you are and whether CRX Markets is the right employer for you. Therefore, the selection process plays a central role.
In order to better understand who you are, we integrate several interviews into our selection process, which are not only focused on your professional competence, but also on your personal skills.
You are well prepared for the first interview if you can explain your motivation for the specific role at CRX Markets and already have a basic understanding of our product. The interview lasts a maximum of 45 minutes and is usually conducted as a video call. Your interview partners are HR and the respective hiring manager. Use this first exchange also as an opportunity to ask your currently open questions.
Congratulations if you have applied for an IT-related position and are invited to the technical interview. In the interview, you can expect questions about the results of your case study, a more detailed exchange about our tech stack and technologies used, and other technical questions. We also use a video call here to offer the opportunity for joint programming, among others. Typically, the entire interview lasts between one and two hours.
You made it to the personal interview – great! We are very much looking forward to showing you our office and introducing you to your potential colleagues. It is as important for us that you are convinced of CRX Markets as we are convinced of you. Therefore, we would like to give you the opportunity to get the best possible impression of the working day at CRX Markets and your new colleagues. We usually organize 30-minute one-on-one interviews with colleagues from different teams. In some cases, these meetings are just a chance to get to know each other, but sometimes they also serve to clarify technical questions. We are looking for motivated individuals who share our passion for successful (team) work, the proactive implementation of innovative ideas, as well as our sense of humor and enjoyment of being together. The main professional selection criteria vary from position to position and are listed in each case in the job descriptions on our career page. A good command of English is required for each position, and other foreign language skills are an advantage. Corporate Receivables Exchange
CRX Markets is Europe’s leading marketplace for working capital finance. By financing receivables and payables, corporates can optimize their cash flow through our global marketplace and draw upon a diversified liquidity pool across all our products. Our current focus is working capital finance for mid to large cap businesses operating on a global scale. CRX Markets was founded in Munich, Germany, in 2012. Today, our international team drives the ongoing development of the marketplace and the onboarding of additional clients and investors.
Teamwork plays an important role at CRX Markets. You not only work closely with colleagues from your direct team, but you also exchange ideas with colleagues from other departments. Of course, there are always tasks that are best done under the responsibility of a single person. However, we are convinced that the combination of potential and ideas of several colleagues ultimately generates higher added value than simply the sum of individual performance.
At CRX Markets we try to understand and meet the specific development needs of all our colleagues. That’s why we don’t take a standardized career path approach, but rather address each need individually. At least once a year, your Team Lead will conduct a Progress Talk with you to look at your strengths and areas for development. Detached from exchange routines that take place anyway (bi-weekly All Company Stand-Up, departmental Jour Fixes, etc.), the institutionalized assessment talk is intended to provide the opportunity for a detailed, bilateral exchange. The review should not only be about performance appraisals, but also about setting goals for the upcoming months. An example scenario might be that your team leader is planning a new project that requires additional technical skills on your part. This would trigger participation in a training or seminar. On the other hand, you can also proactively approach your team leader if you consider a specific training to be important to advance yourself and thus CRX Markets. In addition to "classic" trainings, we also support the participation in conferences or meetups.
In general, we do not work with fixed office hours, but rather use the flexible concept of trust-based working hours. In some departments, certain core working hours may be important, like for example in our IT teams, where daily standups take place in the mornings.
CRX Markets offers the possibility of mobile work. This means that you are free to work from home or another location. All you need to do is coordinate this with your team leader and colleagues in advance.
