Chief Financial Officer
inAlexei Zabudkin is CFO of CRX and is responsible for Operations, Legal, Finance and Structuring. Before joining CRX he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Managing Director focusing on Debt Capital Markets and Structured Solutions.
Dimitri Alexeev
Chief Technology Officer
Dimitri Alexeev has shaped the company's technology platform and marketplace infrastructure from the very beginning. He brings extensive experience in developing scalable enterprise systems, including from projects for Münchener Hypothekenbank.
Sören Kampmann
Head of Legal
inSören Kampmann is responsible for Legal and Compliance. He has more than 20 years of international experience in law firms, FinTechs and regulated financial institutions.
Tim Kallenborn
Chief Revenue Officer
inTim Kallenborn is responsible for new-client acquisition and strategic client development. He built his long-standing expertise in trade and working capital finance at institutions including Deutsche Bank and DZ Bank.
CRX is led by Sebastian Hofmann-Werther (CEO) and Alexei Zabudkin (CFO). Sebastian brings deep experience in building electronic marketplaces, having previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and Member of the Executive Board at 360T (Deutsche Börse Group). Earlier executive roles include Frankfurt-Trust Investment and Russell Investments. Alexei joined CRX in 2015 during its early growth phase and today oversees Operations, Legal, Finance, and Structuring. Prior to joining CRX, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Managing Director, where he built extensive expertise in Debt Capital Markets and Structured Solutions.
The Management Board is supported by an experienced Executive Committee comprising Tim Kallenborn (CRO), Dimitri Alexeev (CTO), and Sören Kampmann, LL.M. (Head of Legal). Tim has many years of experience in Trade and Working Capital Finance and has long been responsible for driving new business and strategic client development at CRX. Before joining the company, he held various positions at Deutsche Bank and DZ Bank, where he developed deep expertise in corporate and trade finance. Dimitri joined CRX as its fifth employee and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology platform and marketplace infrastructure from the very beginning. Before joining CRX, he worked as an Enterprise Architect, developing complex software platforms for organizations including Münchener Hypothekenbank and the public sector. He brings extensive experience in building scalable enterprise systems. As Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer, Sören oversees Legal and Compliance at CRX. He brings more than 20 years of international experience across leading law firms, fintech companies, and regulated financial institutions, advising the company on regulatory matters, complex transactions, and strategic growth initiatives.
Together, they combine deep expertise in building digital marketplace infrastructure with extensive experience in structuring financing solutions, driving the next phase of CRX's international growth.
