Thomas Brusa
Thomas is responsible for IT, Product and Software Development in line with strategic objectives and client requirements. He also oversees HR and supports organizational development.
During his longstanding career in the IT and hedge-fund industry – where he’s held various executive positions – he maintained a mathematician’s curiosity and passion for tackling complex problems.
A longtime martial-arts practitioner, Thomas is now drawn to outdoor adventures and surfing, exploring everything from forest trails to coastal waves.
Alexei Zabudkin
Alexei joined CRX Markets in 2015 in its early start-up phase and has been with the company for over 10 years. He returned to the Executive Management Board in July 2025 after traveling the world for 6 months and now oversees Operations, Legal, Finance and Structuring.
Prior to joining CRX Markets, Alexei worked at Goldman Sachs for almost fifteen years in various roles ranging from Debt Capital Markets to Distressed Debt Origination & Structuring and Structured Sales & Solutions.
Alexei is very enthusiastic about sports and has finished a number of marathons, ultramarathons and triathlons.
