Frank is the CEO of CRX Markets, responsible for Strategy, Finance, HR, Risk Management and Legal & Regulatory.

Having started his career in the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, Frank gained extensive corporate finance experience with MAN, initially in the role of finance director and, subsequently, as CFO, before taking over as CFO at Aldi Süd.

In his most recent role prior to joining CRX Markets, as CFO of Covestro, he led the carve-out of the material science business from Bayer, as well as its going public and listing, while overseeing Covestro’s transformation into a global company.

In his spare time, he enjoys football, ice hockey and skiing.

Thomas is responsible for the overall management and execution of Client Operations, Product and Software Development in line with strategic objectives and client requirements.

During his longstanding career in the IT and Hedge Fund industry holding various executive positions he never lost the passion for deep dives into data and algorithms.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from ETH Zurich.

As a martial arts enthusiast, he likes to do sparring and drilling techniques in his spare time.

Michael oversees the entire sales and market-facing responsibilities at CRX Markets, coordinating efforts with both corporate clients as well as financing partners. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) he is responsible for Sales & Account Management and Capital Markets.

With over 20 years of experience at UniCredit/HypoVereinsbank, Michael has gained valuable international expertise in project finance, international client’s business, and global transaction banking, having worked in Munich and New York.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and doing sports (tennis, running & skiing) as well as watching football games in the stadium.
