To further optimize our marketplace for all suppliers, CRX Markets conducted a supplier survey in October 2020. A total of 120 suppliers took the time to answer the closed and open questions.
Answer to the question: "Please rate your overall satisfaction with the CRX Markets offering"
1 = very dissatisfied, 2 = dissatisfied, 3 = neutral, 4 = satisfied, 5 = very satisfied; n = 120
In all 12 categories we were able to score between 4 (satisfied) and 5 (very satisfied). On average, we received a rating of 4.26. The highest rating of 4.45 was given for our excellent customer service.
Answer to the question: "How does our solution compare to your other programs?"
in percentage of respondents; n = 120
65.91% of the suppliers who also participate in other SCF programs believe that our solutions are better than those of our competitors. 29.55% find our solution equally good and only 4.55% find our competitors’ solutions better.
