Our selection process includes multiple interviews to assess both professional expertise and personal skills.

For the initial interview, the focus will lie on your motivation for joining CRX Markets and the basic understanding of our product. This video call involves HR and the hiring manager. It’s also an opportunity to ask any questions.

If the feedback is positive you will receive a case study and we will ask you to work on it at home.

If you applied for a role in the IT department, you’ll discuss the case study results, our tech stack, and answer technical questions in the following technical video interview.

At the personal interview stage, you’ll visit our office and meet potential colleagues. We are very much looking forward to showing you our office and introducing you to your potential colleagues. It is as important for us that you are convinced of CRX Markets as we are convinced of you. Therefore, we would like to give you the opportunity to get the best possible impression of the working day at CRX Markets and your new colleagues. At the end, there is an exchange with HR on topics relevant to the contract.

Teamwork is crucial at CRX Markets, involving collaboration within your team and across departments. While some tasks require individual responsibility, collective ideas and potential from diverse colleagues create greater value than individual efforts alone.

At CRX Markets, we personalize career development for each colleague. Annual Progress Talks with your Team Lead assess strengths and set goals. Regular meetings like "All Company Stand-Ups" are complemented by focused discussions. Training for new skills and proactive requests for development opportunities are supported, including conferences and meetups.

In general, we do not work with fixed office hours, but rather use the flexible concept of trust-based working hours. In some departments, certain core working hours may be important, like for example in our IT teams, where daily standups take place in the mornings.

CRX Markets offers the possibility of mobile work. This means that you are free to work from home or another location. All you need to do is coordinate this with your team leader and colleagues in advance.
