Provide your suppliers with liquidity earlier
The CRX marketplace enables you to run a reverse factoring program, a solution in the field of payables finance.
Reverse factoring is a financing solution in which you pay your suppliers via a financing partner before the agreed payment term. By confirming their invoices, you enable your supplier to have their receivables financed early, and on better terms. By using a financing partner to pay the supplier’s outstanding receivables early, you give them room to maneuver.
We offer two solutions for the financing of your supplier invoices: Multi-bank and Multi-investor.
In our multi-bank solution, banks purchase receivables – confirmed by the buyer – directly from suppliers. The banks provide competitive financing conditions and can also be mandated exclusively for individual jurisdictions, currencies or supplier groups. The banks manage conditions and limits directly on the CRX platform as well as daily financing transactions.
In our multi-investor solution, banks and institutional investors purchase confirmed claims in the form of a security. For refinancing, the supplier receivables against a single buyer are securitized via a Luxembourg-based special purpose vehicle (SPV). The securities are placed by means of open auctions, for which standing orders or live bids can be placed.
With reverse factoring you provide your suppliers with liquidity earlier by enabling them to sell their receivables to a financing partner without recourse. Afterwards, you simply pay the financing partner in accordance with your negotiated payment terms. This way, both you and your suppliers can optimize their cash flow.
Supply chains are becoming increasingly complex. Offering your suppliers early access to liquidity is a decisive factor in minimizing risks in your supply chain. Early payment of outstanding receivables by a financing partner gives your suppliers room to maneuver. As a result, the supply chain is strengthened in the long term and your relationship with suppliers is improved.
