For me, the most important thing is to see the actual added value of the product for our clients. As a team, we plan and design sales campaigns, share knowledge and support each other in presentations and workshops. When it comes to lead generation, we rely on channels such as email, LinkedIn, conferences and also often simply pick up the phone. Sales automation via our CRM system is super important here, so that we don’t lose track of things in the busy day-to-day. When it comes to acquiring new clients, we use our self-developed technology and work out customized financing structures that our clients can access via the CRX Marketplace.
