Customer Day 2022

After a two-year break, the CRX Markets Customer Day took place once again in June 2022. In our own offices at Landsberger Straße 93 in Munich, our customers met with CRX Markets experts in a relaxed atmosphere. Customers who were unable to attend the event were connected remotely.

The aim of the Customer Day was to receive direct feedback from CRX Markets customers and to incorporate this feedback into the further development of the CRX Marketplace and to optimize processes. Thanks to the openness and constructive dialog, all participants benefited greatly.

In order to provide our customers with a lot of information about the development of the CRX Marketplace, we had compiled an agenda in advance and prepared 45-minute presentations on the following topics:

  • The CRX Marketplace: Review & Outlook. What innovations have there been in recent months? What developments do you expect?
  • Innovative and scalable solutions in the area of Receivables Finance via CRX Markets
  • Working capital financing in the context of ESG (background, possible approaches, outlook)
  • Customer Support, Customer Onboarding und Reporting
  • Funding models that work sustainably! (Diversification, Transparency, Reliability, Pricing & Disclosure)

After just under seven hours, we rounded off the Customer Day with a meal in a Bavarian ambience.

It is already clear that we will repeat the Customer Day in 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all participants once again for their interest, commitment and the trust they have placed in us.
