Q: Why CRX Markets?
A: I was looking for a challenging job and I found it in CRX Markets. The solutions for working capital finance are pretty sophisticated and need constant learning. Apart from that, I really liked the guys I met during the hiring process and thought that I want to work alongside them.

Q: How has been your experience so far?
A: Well, it’s been pretty good. I’ve got what I expected. There are challenges every day. My coworkers are nice, open-minded, very supportive and always ready to help if I get stuck. Also, I like the atmosphere in the company in general.

Q: What’s next?
A: During the hiring process we discussed that I can get involved into test automation activities at some point and recently we started looking into that. I’m positive that my involvement can bring value to the company, since a good half of my previous experience I did test automation exclusively.
