A turbulent year 2020 is coming to an end soon. Corona still dominates our everyday life and poses great challenges to our entire society. Solidarity is more important than ever, especially in a year like this.
Therefore, we would like to thank everyone who supported us in 2020 from the bottom of our hearts: our customers, companies, and financing partners, as well as all distribution partners, editors, event organizers and, of course, our shareholders and employees.
Only together can we succeed in creating a global marketplace for working capital financing that connects companies and financing partners, so that companies can effectively optimize their cash flow and financing partners can invest their money with attractive returns.

In 2020, CRX Markets was able to achieve its goals and doubled its financing volume compared to the previous year. For the coming year, CRX Markets is expecting to double its financing volume again due to high increasing demand.

Since April 2020, CRX Markets has been offering companies a solution to finance their sustainable supply chains: Sustainable Supply Chain Finance (SSCF). That way, CRX Markets meets the demand for green financing in the area of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and supports companies in expanding their sustainable activities.
In November 2020, our long-standing client Nestlé was awarded with the SCF Gold Award for SSCF.
In December 2020, we started with our first "multi-bank factoring client", an MDAX company. Four international banks are taking over the purchase of receivables, at the start in the mid-double-digit million range. Further financing partners are to follow in the course of next year. All banks follow the identical documentation of an undisclosed and non-recourse purchase of receivables. In 2021 the program will further scale internationally. Here, too, the high liquidity on the CRX Marketplace is the decisive factor for more financing security and transparency. Further customers and transactions are already in the pipeline.
To further optimize our marketplace for all suppliers, we conducted a supplier survey in October 2020. A total of 120 suppliers took the time to answer the closed and open questions. We have implemented all suggestions or addressed and incorporated them in our product development. In particular, we are very pleased with the following results: 66% of respondents think that CRX Markets’ SCF solutions are better than those of our competitors. And: With an average score of 4.3 out of 5.0, suppliers active on the portal are above average satisfied with our product offering.
Together with customers and users, we are continuously working on optimizing our CRX platform. Highlights of customer requests realized in 2020:
The Structured Finance Digital Week held in November 2020 was particularly successful for CRX Markets. Thanks to a great platform and a large number of participants, we were able to network effectively. As every year, at the end of the event we tasted selected beers from Schweiger Brewery in Munich together with customers and interested parties at our digital booth. The bottles were posted in advance and were ready for consumption on the tables of the participants, at the right temperature and on time. It was a successful event, and it was wonderful to see that traditions can also be continued digitally.
Offering financing solutions for the asset and liability side of the balance sheet and liquidity unmatched in the market, the CRX Marketplace has established itself as the "Trusted Partner of Choice" for multi-national companies and their financing partners. We will continue to consistently expand the range of financing solutions that can be realized via the CRX Marketplace, thereby further increasing the benefits for existing and new customers.
