Continuous improvements to existing financing options: How our customers benefit.

Since CRX Markets was founded, customer benefit has been at the heart of our product development. Our idea of mapping working capital financing via a marketplace has enabled us to process traditional financing offers with of course higher liquidity and greater scalability, making them highly efficient and reliable. Both our corporate customers and our financing partners benefit from this.
In close dialogue with our customers, we continuously analyze possible product improvements and implement them reliably, both at the level of technical development and legal and commercial structuring.
Triple win achievable
In 2023, we expanded our financing offering in the area of reverse factoring to include an intermediation structure. Here, supplier receivables are not purchased by individual banks, but initially by a special purpose vehicle and then sold on to banks.
What initially sounds like increased complexity is accompanied by clear advantages for all parties involved:
Banks no longer have to carry out a complex KYC process for each individual supplier, and the number of daily disbursements is also reduced as they are no longer made to numerous suppliers, but only to the special purpose vehicle. This significantly reduces initial overheads and variable process costs.
Suppliers are integrated into the financing process more easily and quickly. Their incoming payments are standardized and the number is reduced. Different KYC requirements for individual financing partners are eliminated, making financing easier of course.
Buying Organizations can rely on even more liquidity and financing security for their supply chain, as our financing offer specifically addresses new financing partners.
What’s new in 2024?
Supplier Payment Solution: Our new service offering for corporate customers ("Supplier Payment Solution"), which is already being implemented, is aimed at processing vendor payments. It will help to ensure that the supply chain continues to be supplied with liquidity in a reliable and predictable manner, while significantly reducing the burden on the debtor’s cash flow despite short payment terms.
Our concept was already well received when we presented it together with our partner Delfactis at the Finance Symposium in Mannheim in April. The first transaction is planned for June 2024. Please contact us to find out more about the innovative Supplier Payment Solution.

Receivables Finance: A key item on our agenda is the expansion of our financing offering for the conventional sale of receivables. Having already realized a very successful financing offer for the sale of individual debtor risks with "Receivables Select", we are currently planning to expand our offer to the level of extensive debtor portfolios. The solutions currently available on the market, from conventional factoring to structured securitization, for example as part of ABS or ABCP solutions, are often associated with disadvantages. These include granular and therefore costly risk mitigation through trade credit insurance, incomplete regional or global availability and high initial and ongoing costs for capital market structures.
