How your application works

Application

We will check your uploaded documents as soon as possible and get back to you in a timely manner.

Initial interview

You have made an impression! Get to know HR and someone from your team via video call (duration: max. 45 minutes).

Technical assignment

Time to show off! Our case study gives you a first insight into typical tasks. You determine the deadline yourself (duration: 4 - 6 hours).

Technical interview

Meet two of our tech leads online to discuss your case results, to prove your technical knowledge and to gain insights into our development process (duration: max. 1.5 hours).

Final interview

In our office you will meet your future team lead, your colleagues, and our CTO. Run through the last technical challenge and discuss contract details with HR (duration: 4 hours).

Contract offer

You have convinced us! Have we convinced you too? Then all that’s missing now is your contract signature.

You have signed. The technical onboarding begins, so that everything is ready for your first day. We are looking forward to meeting you!
